Returns

We hope you love your May Mia piece – but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return your item under the conditions below.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original condition.

• Customized items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@may-mia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with all necessary return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a parcel was not delivered due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts and is returned to us, the customer will also be responsible for any additional shipping or return charges incurred.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
