Currently, we ship exclusively within Germany and the European Union (EU).

Please note: All items are made to order. This means your order requires a production time of up to 4 business days before it is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.

SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY

  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days (after production)

  • Shipping fee: €4.90

  • Free shipping on orders over €50

SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU

  • Delivery time: 6–14 business days (after production)

  • Shipping fee: €13.90

  • Free shipping on orders over €100

Important Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that you are available to receive your delivery. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping fees.
We do not take responsibility for lost or undelivered packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier or for packages that could not be delivered despite multiple attempts.
